6TEEN Hallowe'en 2013

First of all, a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all of you who contributed to my journal [link] your costume ideas for the gang. I was touched by all the possible suggestions you gave (including any last minute ideas I may have come up with).... But of course, I did have to narrow down the list to which costumes I could very easily render!

So without further adieu, here goes....


Based upon the original group costume idea put forth back in 2010 by HI-REZ95.

All-new costumes for the "Gang of Six" this year.... and just in time for Hallowe'en at the Mall!

And just in case you were wondering (as in, who suggested which costume):

I must say I was quite impressed with your suggestions for our fave couple; in most cases, the costume for one complementing the costume for the other. I thought, well, Jonesy and Nikki might not know DOCTOR WHO, but they do know Australia (based upon their visits, of course), so.... I've dressed these two as a celebrated Sydney-based electronic music duo. If any of you have heard of that very same Empire of the Sun, you'll recognize Jonesy cosplaying as Luke Steele (as The Emperor)....

... and Nikki as Nick Littlemore (as The Prophet).

I concurred with the suggestion made that Wyatt should cosplay as the Fourth Doctor (ie: the Doctor played by Tom Baker) from DOCTOR WHO. Suggested by htrevor27.

And then I thought, who better for Jen to accompany Wyatt than as one of the Fourth Doctor's own companions. In the end I decided upon Romana, specifically her second incarnation. [link]

Those of who follow (or used to follow) that famous webcartoon (featuring a couple of characters named Homestar Runner and Strong Bad) will likely know who Caitlin is cosplaying as! [link]

Guess what? No "female costume" for Jude this year! But how many of you can recognize this cosplay??? [link].
